Owing to the many different combinations of items that may form an order, it is difficult to offer an accurate and universal shipping cost; however, you can use the shipping calculator below to get a Quick Estimate or Exact Cost, based on destination, amount and types of items in a single order.

Postage & Handling

All our parcels are delivered by Australia Post. The total shipping cost* is calculated based on the destination and amount of items being shipped.

Delivery rates
Rates are based on Australia Post prices plus packaging and handling costs. Your total shipping cost is displayed in your shopping bag once you have selected your parcel destination. Please note, futher shipping charges apply to the exchange of items under certain conditions. We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs associated with such activites. Please view our section on exchange for more information.

US, Canada, UK and international deliveries

Australia Post estimates delivery times for the following methods:
Air Mail courier: allow between 8 to 14 working days to arrive**
Express Air courier: allow between 3 and 8 working days to arrive**

*Air Mail courier is NOT trackable; it is the customers liability if the parcel is lost in transit. If you wish to have the ability to track your order as soon as it leaves our warehouse please select Express Air courier.
** These are estimates only, and may be received earlier or later than stated, depending on the time taken to process and ship your order. If you do not receive your order within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.

Australian delivery

 Estimated delivery time: 2 to 7 days from time of dispatch.
1-3 business (VIC and NSW), 4-6 business days (other states and country) once the order has been dispatched. Please note all of our boots are hand made and processing times may vary due to manufactruring before they are dispatched.

Important Processing may take up to 30 days during peak periods. You may be charged further fees such as import duties, taxes, customs and other government fees once your parcel is received in your country. We cannot anticipate the exact costs of any such charges, and take no liability for them as these charges are entirely out of our control. By proceeding with making a purchase, you agree that any extra charges are solely the responsibility of the buyer and not us. Any parcels that are returned to us due to non-receipt or refusal of payment of government charges will not be refunded. It is the customers duty to successfully receive their item once it leaves our warehouse. In such circumstances, we may be able to resend the item to you; however, further charges will apply.
