Availability

Each product page shows an availability status for that particular item, which is an indicator (not a guarantee) on how long it will take us to ship your order. If an item is out of stock with us at the time of your order, we will place an order from our suppliers. We keep in close contact with our suppliers and place orders with most of them on a daily basis. Please be aware, at busy times of the year stocks are limited and subject to availability. To avoid disappointment, place your order with us early to ensure your parcel arrives at an expected date.

What each status means:

Available: the item is in-stock and usually ships within 72 hours of payment receipt

Due to a current high demand, Please allow 4-10 working days for us to process your order. We apologies for any inconvenience.

Pre-order: the item will be available from the date shown and will be shipped to you as soon as possible. Please note, if you order a Pre-order item together with Available items, we will not ship the parcel until all items become fully available. We recommend ordering Pre-order items separately if you do not wish to delay your order

Unavailable: the item is NOT available until further notice. Please contact us for an estimated date of future availability
